A small and rapidly growing consultancy, primarily serving the business and technology needs of the U.S. government, wanted to ensure its growth and success continued but never compromised its people-focused culture. We developed an electronic employee newsletter that reinforced the company's commitment to work-life balance through both its format and its content. Additionally, we planned and project-managed the content development for two generations of the corporate web site while developing numerous pieces of marketing collateral and supporting business development. We spearheaded an effort to get the company recognized nationally for the incredible work environment it created for employees. To leverage major events and milestones, we planned and executed media relations programs, print advertisements, and sponsorships. We also supported the company's extensive community outreach and counseled the company's principals on how to leverage new and emerging communication technologies.
